Opening Ceremonies

This Friday night event officially signals the opening of the convention. It gives the chairman an opportunity to brag about the weekend and introduce our guests. In addition, to make up for having to suffer through a speach by our chairman, the event will end with live entertainment...

We are actively seeking live performers and performance groups for this year's event. In the past we have had Taiko, Shakuhachi, Koto, and Chinese Lion Dance groups. If you have a suggestion, please post a message to our Message Boards. Considering it's popularity at prior events, we will probably fall back to Taiko if we can't find anything new or different.
